My name is Wade Patrick, and I'm a certificated flight instructor and advanced ground instructor based in northwest Ohio. I've loved flying and teaching for as long as I can remember, and I'm honored and thankful to bring the two together at Cloudbound Aviation.

Away from the airport, I've spent more than 30 years in healthcare information technology and over a decade leading hospital operations. That work taught me to explain complex systems clearly, manage risk, and build processes people can repeat, and I bring the same approach to every lesson. As adjunct faculty, I've taught university courses in business, leadership, information technology, and strategy at the associate, bachelor's, and master's levels.

Every lesson has a clear objective, follows the FAA Airman Certification Standards, and ends with an honest debrief. My goal is a pilot who understands why, not just how.
